(Junior) Customer Support Manager

(m/f/d), full time, in Salzburg

What your day might look like

  • Checking and prioritizing incoming support requests — you either handle them directly or pass them on to the right team 
  • Daily stand-up with your team to talk about current topics and customer cases 
  • Supporting customers via phone, email and ticket system 
  • Running online trainings and Q&A sessions via screensharing 
  • Digging into bugs: analyzing issues and sharing findings with our tech team 
  • Proactively checking how customers use our tools and suggesting improvements 
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly, problem-solving way 

Your playground

  • Supporting our international customers 
  • Setting up and maintaining our tools 
  • Handling support requests across different channels (phone, email, ticket system) 
  • Helping out with trainings (mostly online via screenshare) 
  • Troubleshooting and finding solutions 
  • Creating reports and spotting areas for improvement  

Is that you?

  • You’re just starting out, switching careers, or already have some experience in customer service 
  • You’re into all things digital, SaaS, and love delivering great service 
  • You speak German and English fluently (bonus points for more languages!) 
  • You’re a great communicator with a friendly and professional vibe 
  • You’re self-motivated, well-organized and full of ideas 
  • You’re interested in hospitality and/or healthcare (experience is a plus) 
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like MS Office 
  • You’re a team player who brings initiative and positive energy
