(Junior) Customer Support Manager
(m/f/d), full time, in Salzburg

What your day might look like
- Checking and prioritizing incoming support requests — you either handle them directly or pass them on to the right team
- Daily stand-up with your team to talk about current topics and customer cases
- Supporting customers via phone, email and ticket system
- Running online trainings and Q&A sessions via screensharing
- Digging into bugs: analyzing issues and sharing findings with our tech team
- Proactively checking how customers use our tools and suggesting improvements
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, problem-solving way
Your playground
- Supporting our international customers
- Setting up and maintaining our tools
- Handling support requests across different channels (phone, email, ticket system)
- Helping out with trainings (mostly online via screenshare)
- Troubleshooting and finding solutions
- Creating reports and spotting areas for improvement
Is that you?
- You’re just starting out, switching careers, or already have some experience in customer service
- You’re into all things digital, SaaS, and love delivering great service
- You speak German and English fluently (bonus points for more languages!)
- You’re a great communicator with a friendly and professional vibe
- You’re self-motivated, well-organized and full of ideas
- You’re interested in hospitality and/or healthcare (experience is a plus)
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like MS Office
- You’re a team player who brings initiative and positive energy
